Who we are
tychikos.com exists in support of His Eminence Metropolitan Tychikos of Paphos. We are not an official organ of the Church of Cyprus. The site is maintained by a private team of volunteers. Contact: info@tychikos.com.
Data we collect
We collect only data you give us voluntarily through the site forms: signing the appeal (name, position/rank, country, email, brief message) and the newsletter subscription (email only). No other personal data is collected automatically.
Cookies
We use only functional cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work: the chosen interface language and admin-area authentication. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. We do not track visitors across other sites.
How we use data
Signatories' names may appear in the public signature list on the appeal page. Email addresses are used only to send concise updates about the case. We do not share them with third parties and do not sell them.
Where data is stored
Data is stored in Supabase Inc. infrastructure (United States). Email delivery uses Resend Inc. (United States). Data is transferred outside the EU. Processing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or portability. You may also withdraw consent at any time. Contact info@tychikos.com.
Retention
Appeal signatures are kept for the duration of the appeal and until the case concludes. After that, data may be retained as a historical archive in anonymised form. Newsletter subscriptions are deleted on your first request.
Changes to this policy
Any changes will be published on this page with an updated date. The revised policy takes effect from the moment of publication.
